Elsie PDF Pattern

This cute and stylish bag is perfect for holding all your cosmetics and toiletries while traveling. Finished size is approximately 8"h x 11" w x 3.25" d.  Sewing level is Adventurous Beginner, due to the fact that it has binding.  However, please don't let the binding scare you off...practice makes perfect!

This pattern has instructions for an unlined version, allowing you to use all those beautiful clear and jelly vinyls you have. But it also has instructions for a lined version, to use fabric or vinyl.
