Refund policy

Please inspect items upon receipt. Keep in mind that I’m a human, sewing fabrics with a piece of thread, and supplies that are made by other humans. There may be cosmetic flaws. If something is wrong that goes beyond the cosmetic and affects the functionality, please reach out to me. We can work together to figure it out.  I am an honest person, who will do what I need to in order to make it right. Please give me that chance.  But ultimately, it’s my decision if it is something I’m responsible for, based on timing and any other factors.

You have 7 days from the time you receive your item to inspect for flaws.

There is a 30 day guarantee on hardware or fabric defects. 

Digital products:  Due to the digital nature, no refunds will be issued.
