Thank you for purchasing from Stitches By Christy. This policy explains important information regarding the purchase of digital products from our website, including PDF sewing patterns and other downloadable files.
Digital Products
All products sold through this website are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital files.
Digital products may include PDF sewing patterns, instructions, templates, and other downloadable sewing resources.
Access to Your Purchase
After payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with instructions to access your download.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

Digital Product Refunds & Cancellations (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, this cancellation right may be lost once you agree to immediate access and the download begins.
By purchasing a digital product from Stitches By Christy, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are requesting immediate access to the digital files after purchase.
- You understand that your right to cancel may end once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
- You consent to the immediate supply of the digital content.
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
Product Use & Licensing
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased pattern.
You may:
- Print the pattern for your personal use
- Sew finished items from the pattern for personal use and/or permitted small business use (if applicable)
You may not:
- Copy, share, redistribute, or resell the PDF pattern files
- Upload the files to websites, groups, or file-sharing platforms
- Modify, reproduce, or sell the pattern itself
All designs, instructions, photographs, and files remain the intellectual property of Stitches By Christy.
Taxes & VAT
Applicable taxes, including VAT where required, may be calculated and collected during checkout according to Shopify’s tax settings and applicable laws.
